The KynSHOT Recoil Buffer hydraulic buffer is designed and optimized for competition shooters who want to achieve a faster return to target and faster follow-up shots when shooting their competition PCC guns (Pistol Caliber Carbine).

Developed in cooperation with Blitzkrieg Components, this buffer provides greater length and higher weight for those who want a short stroke (shortened bolt travel) in competition mode.

With a length of 5.3”, this buffer shortens bolt travel by 1.3” when installed in a standard AR-15 carbine buffer tube. When installed in an AR-10/A5 carbine buffer tube, it shortens bolt travel by 0.5”, which can be further increased with spacers. The damping level of this buffer is intended for lighter 9mm competition loads to achieve the best performance and the longest component life.

• When using an AR-15 carbine buffer tube, it may be necessary to modify the bolt so that it resets the trigger properly.

• When using an unmodified bolt, an A5 buffer tube is recommended.

This buffer can also be used in PCC guns with a fixed A1 or A2 stock (internal length 9.5”).
