The 1911 Emissary from Springfield Armory is a top-tier tactical pistol on the 1911 platform with first-class controls. The forged frame and slide, the heart and soul of every Springfield Armory 1911 pistol, set this pistol apart from competitors' cast models by outperforming them in both strength and durability. The pistol has a beautiful two-tone finish with a black carbon steel slide and a stainless steel frame with a squared trigger guard. "Tri-Top" cuts give the pistol style, while fine serrations on top of the slide diffuse light and reduce glare. The 5" bull barrel provides maximum accuracy and reduces felt recoil. Manual safety and grip safety. Highly visible tritium front sight and a U-notch rear sight with a highlighted white outline. Skeletonized hammer and Picatinny rail. The package includes two 8-round magazines, a carrying case and a gun lock.
