The ACE trigger system from Canadian maker TriggerTech is built from three separate modules — the lever module, the sear module (with CLKR™) and the disconnect module in the backplate. Replacing the one-piece factory Glock connector removes the drag inherent to the stock design.
Pull weight is set with a screw anywhere between 2.5 and 6 lb. Zero Creep™ removes pre-travel creep, so the trigger breaks cleanly with a short reset. The safety mechanism is decoupled from the frame, so frame tolerances do not affect how it works. The backplate has a relief pocket giving extra striker clearance under shock.
USPSA approved and permitted in IPSC Standard, Optics and Open divisions.
The Certified Special uses a monolithic lever with a pivot safety instead of the usual blade — the trigger face is completely flat. A TMDE pad on the lever lets a range officer visually confirm the safety works. The manufacturer specifies it for range and competition use only.
