Stealth Recoil Spring™ SRS™ GEN4 is a self-contained, multi-stage drop-in replacement for the standard buffer and spring system. The SRS™ is engineered to prevent the buffer spring from rubbing against the inner wall of the buffer tube, delivering smooth and quiet operation. The second stage of the system significantly reduces felt recoil, enhancing overall shooting performance.

The AR-15 Kit comes preassembled as the C version and includes additional H and H2 weights, allowing you to fine-tune the system to your specific setup.

NOTE: The new GEN4 version no longer includes the O-ring on the weight.

To eliminate potential failure points, the screw has been replaced with a roll pin that goes through the polymer end cap, and the end cap itself is now machined directly onto the rod. Additionally, the snap ring has been replaced with a washer for increased durability.

COMPATIBILITY:

• AR-15 platforms with carbine-length buffer tubes

• Most bolt carriers have a rear opening larger than 0.60". However, some carriers with a smaller opening may not be compatible with the SRS system.

INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE:

Before installation, it’s recommended to retighten the screws using either two 3/32" hex keys simultaneously or one 3/32" hex key while leveraging the hole in the rod for added torque.

The polymer bumper should face the rear of the firearm, while the weight mass should face the bolt carrier.

The SRS can be installed with or without the buffer retainer. Most users prefer running it without the retainer for easier maintenance.
