TrainShot cardboard target detects metal bullets and send this signal to TrainShot electronic unit.
TrainShot target system is tested with several type of bullets:
- 9 mm Luger,
- .22LR,
- 7.62 x 39 mm,
- .45 ACP bullet,
- .380, .40 S&W, 10mm, .38 Spl, 5.7x28mm,
- .30 Carabine, 5.56x45mm, .223,
- 7.62 x 51 mm .308, 7.62 x 54 mm, .30-06,
- and other metal bullets
Please avoid to use bullets with:
- Plastic coating,
- teflon coating,
- bullets with painted coating,
- flat nose bullet,
- shorter bullets than 4 mm,
- plastic BB.
Standard smart target can detect approx 70 – 250 shots.
Quality of detection will be lower with bigger number of shots, same like convection paper target.
If you will shot bigger hole and next shot will fly thru air, system will not detect your shot.
It depends on many factors:
- Caliber
- Static or dynamic shooting
- Distance
- Type of target
TrainShot works only with metal bullets.
